Inspired by the dynamics between silence and sound, Kirkwood West expands the techno genre and elevates listener through this music. Deep in the studio, he focuses on audio synthesis; fusing minimal with classic Detroit and Chicago vibes. With this deep focus comes outward action, where he can be found djing and performing live throughout the Mid-West and West-Coast. Kirkwood West recently started sending out music to his peers and a few of his favorite producers. His first release, Artificial Barriers, on Subtrak Records connects him with long time hero and favorite Christian Bloch.
