Funk Shuei

Funk Shuei aka 2'Over:clockers was formed in 2002 by Christian Orlo (Audio Engineer) & Alexis O.L (Label Manager) of upcoming Mexican record label Dialtone. This duo along with other friends are the pioneers of electronic music in the Southeast of Mexico and have quickly grown to be one of the most in-demand house producers that this area has to offer. In the course of their DJ career, they have played in clubs all around Mexico, some in Europe as well as in countries like US. Funk Shuei aka 2'Over:clockers have already had a spate of successful releases on Stupendous, Potobolo, Sheeva, Blaq, Pert_nce, Akbal and upcoming on Faucet, Panta Musik, Aspekt, and Pronto. They have shared turntables with Grant Dell, Mazi, Jay Tripwire, Jimmy Van M, Tyler Stadius, Funky Junction, Brian Ffar, Luomo, Minilogue, Audiofly, Alland Byallo, JT Donaldson, Alex Flitsch, among others. Their music has recieved support by Mazi, Tyler Stadius, Noah Pred, Aldrin, Brian Ffar, Slam, Alexi Delano, Pole Folder, Derek Marin, Marc Ashken, The Buddy System, Chloe Harris, Pako & Frederik, Jeff Bennet, Chris Udoh, Sean Danke and many others. Now they host a bimonthly podcast at iTunes called Dialtone Podcast with regulars like Jeff Bennett, Chris Fortier, James Talk, Chris Lattner, Sebastian Roya, Brett Johnson, Joeski. Their DJ mixes have been used several times on Proton Radio US, Mercury Sessions UK and Club 246 CA.
